NorthEast-Eagle Electrical Distributors Co-hosts in Free Customer Seminar on Energy Savings

CANTON , Mass., June 17, 2008 – NorthEast-Eagle Electrical Distributors, a subsidiary of Sonepar USA, organized a customer-focused energy conservation seminar earlier this month. The seminar, titled “Go Green, Save Green,” was targeted at helping NorthEast-Eagle’s industrial/OEM customer base achieve cost savings by becoming more energy efficient.

The 2-hour seminar consisted of several topical discussions, which focused on a number of different energy savings strategies. Subjects included energy efficient lighting systems, energy supply programs, EPACT legislation and more. Discussions were led by the event’s co-sponsors, including Osram Sylvania, Bluestone Energy, Patriot Energy, National Grid and NSTAR.

"Energy savings is an important issue affecting many different sections of our broad customer base,” said Don Block, President of NorthEast-Eagle Electric al Distributors. "This seminar was a great opportunity to provide a value-added service to our loyal patrons by partnering with knowledgeable professionals who provided valuable insight on energy savings. The event was a resounding success.”

The seminar was held the morning of June 6, 2008 at Osram Sylvania corporate headquarters in Danvers, MA. Complimentary lunch was provided to all participants.
