Nabavi succeeds Svendsen as Eagle Electric Supply Director of Automation Solutions

Canton, MA, December 17, 2008 – NorthEast-Eagle Electrical Distributors headquartered in Canton, Massachusetts and a subsidiary of Sonepar-USA, is pleased to announce that Fred Nabavi will succeed Carl Svendsen as Director of Automation Solutions.

Nabavi has a Master’s degree from Syracuse University in electrical engineering and during his last 6 years with Eagle, he has successfully sold and managed sales teams for full suites of factory automation products and software.

His core focus will be increasing business performance with Rockwell Automation’s portfolio of offerings and execution of strategic account plans reporting to Shawn Mumma, Vice President of NorthEast-Eagle.  “Fred’s educational background, 23 years of proven industry experience, and contributions to NorthEast-Eagle make him a great choice to lead such an important part of our business, and be a member of our management team.”
