Sonepar USA welcomes Grace Migliaccio as Chief Human Resource Officer
Philadelphia, Penn. October 08, 2008 – Sonepar USA is pleased to announce the appointment of Grace Migliaccio to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Grace will oversee the development and implementation of HR practices and people strategies, including attracting, developing, recognizing and rewarding Sonepar USA’s associates.

Prior to Sonepar USA, Grace most recently served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Commerce Bancorp, where she created unique employee engagement and organizational development strategies to support Commerce’s people-centric culture. In seven years, she led a team of HR professionals to grow the bank from 5,000 to 15,000 employees. Grace is a graduate of Penn State University and has her MBA from Harvard Business School.
